Based in Istanbul, the Administrative Executive is responsible for the overall administration of the office.
This is a diverse role which may support office admin, secretarial support and operational support.
It is the focal point for handling all travel and related arrangements for visiting person(s) and delegations including any conferences and functions as directed.
The execution of the job will be in close coordination with the Regional Director and the Marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognised University.
Degree or Diploma in Secretarial practice will be added advantage.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English including main regional languages.
Current residence in Türkiye
Experience:
5+ years of experience in secretarial / office administration with experience in working in marketing environment.
