Administrative Executive (Türkiye)

Details:

  • Based in Istanbul, the Administrative Executive is responsible for the overall administration of the office.
  • This is a diverse role which may support office admin, secretarial support and operational support.
  • It is the focal point for handling all travel and related arrangements for visiting person(s) and delegations including any conferences and functions as directed.
  • The execution of the job will be in close coordination with the Regional Director and the Marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognised University.
  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial practice will be added advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English including main regional languages.
  • Current residence in Türkiye

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in secretarial / office administration with experience in working in marketing environment.
